SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION POLICY

Some products, including the Art By Mail Club, may be offered as recurring or prepaid subscriptions.

Recurring Subscriptions

When you purchase a recurring subscription, you authorize Shawna Koontz Studio to charge your selected payment method automatically at the frequency and price shown at checkout.

Your payment details are stored securely by our payment provider.

You may cancel your recurring subscription at any time before your next scheduled charge. Cancellation stops future subscription charges and deliveries. Cancellation does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already been charged, processed, or fulfilled, except where required by applicable law.

Prepaid Subscriptions

Prepaid subscriptions are paid in advance for the subscription period shown at checkout.

Unless expressly stated otherwise at the time of purchase, prepaid subscriptions do not automatically renew at the end of the prepaid period.

Statutory Consumer Rights

Subscription cancellation is separate from any statutory right of withdrawal, return, refund, or other consumer right that may apply to your purchase.
