MONTHLY ART BY MAIL
A monthly limited edition correspondence from my painting practice in Amsterdam.
Each month begins with a place.
Somewhere in Amsterdam, elsewhere in the Netherlands, or occasionally farther away.
A landscape, a particular tree, a strange bit of light, or a view that makes me stop.
I sketch. Take photos. Make notes.
Back in my studio, those observations become a painting.
And once a month, that painting becomes a signed and numbered fine art edition print that is available exclusively to the people receiving that month's mail.
The final edition size is determined by how many members join that month.
If 32 people receive September, the print is numbered 1/32 through 32/32.
Then the edition closes.
It won't be reprinted for future members or added to my regular print offering.
Alongside the edition, you'll receive a field sketch postcard and a handwritten letter from my studio.
