Return & Refund Policy

I want you to be happy with your purchase from Shawna Koontz Studio. Here’s how returns and refunds are handled, in line with EU consumer law.

Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

• For most products, you have 14 days from delivery to change your mind and request a return.
• To start a return, email me at hello@shawnakoontz.comwith your order number.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Exceptions

Some items are non-refundable:

• Original artworks
• Custom commissions
• Gift cards

Mail Club subscriptions are refundable only if cancelled before your next billing cycle.

Condition of Returns

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. I cannot accept damaged or used returns.

Refunds

Once I receive and inspect the return, I will process a refund to your original payment method within 14 days.

We do everything we can to get your new artwork in your hands as soon as possible.

All fine art prints are made to order. While we will typically get prints out in a day or two, please allow up to 4 business days for us to process your print(s) order.

Original artwork processing times can vary based on size and the fragility of the work. Please allow at least 5-7 business days for original art to be shipped out of our studio.
