Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped from Shawna Koontz Studio in Amsterdam, Netherlands, unless otherwise noted on the product page.

Processing Times

Original artwork and other in-stock items are generally prepared for shipment within 3–5 business days.

Fine art prints may be printed to order or fulfilled by a production partner. Processing times may therefore vary by product and destination.

Art By Mail Club

Art By Mail Club editions are prepared and mailed once per month. Current shipping dates and subscription deadlines are listed on the Art By Mail Club product page.

Because Art By Mail Club is sent by letter mail, tracking may not be available.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs, where applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout. Some products or subscriptions may include shipping in the listed price.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on destination and carrier. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs, postal delays, holidays, or other circumstances outside my control.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by their country, unless these charges are collected at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact hello@shawnakoontz.com with your order number and, for damaged items, photographs of the packaging and item.
